We automatically extract data from your existing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). Our extraction system is able to process EPCs in very high numbers and uses the extracted quantities to fine-tune our AI models on your data.

We detect important GHG determinants such as type of glazing, building age, architectural style, etc. from public facade pictures and determine crucial energy efficiency characteristics like solar power installation, roof type, ambience temperature and more from public satellite imagery.

The GHG estimation model is pre-trained on publicly available housing data. This includes a large amount of EPCs from the UK along with multinational data published by the Episcope Project. The system continuously learns and adapts to your use case as you feed it with EPCs from your portfolio.

As opposed to the common modelling approach that assigns LGDs to a position based on its affiliation to a nation and segment, we estimate the LGD per position individually. This not only improves the predictions but also enables more accurate risk assessments and fine-tuned risk management strategies.

We extrapolate the LGD distributions for each position to the future and thus estimate the term structure of VaR, Expected Return and variance and more risk parameters.
